Sales meetings for B2B service firms. You pay only for the ones that happen.

Pullchair finds the right people at companies that fit your best customers, writes to each one individually, and books the meeting on your calendar. You confirm which meetings were held, and you are billed for those only.

Tell us who you sell to

A short note is enough. We reply with questions, not a pitch deck.

Founding pilot

  • No setup fee and no retainer
  • Billed per held meeting only
  • Qualification agreed in writing first
  • You set the monthly cap
  • Stop any time

How a pilot works

01

We agree in writing who counts as qualified: title, company size, industry and region.

02

We build the account list, check every address, and find one real, checkable reason to write to each person.

03

Each first email is written for that person. Replies are answered quickly and meetings land on your calendar with reminders.

04

You mark each meeting held or not held. Only confirmed, qualified meetings are billed.

Who it is for

Small B2B service firms where the founder still does most of the selling: software and dev shops, IT providers, design and marketing agencies, recruiting firms and consultancies.

It fits when one new client is worth a lot more than a meeting costs, and when you would rather spend your week in sales calls than in list building.

What we do not do

We do not cold call, run the sales call for you, or promise closed deals. We also do not write to regulated sectors such as insurance, legal or financial advice.

We start with US companies. We send from separate domains so your own domain and mailboxes stay clean.

Questions you will have

What counts as a qualified meeting?
Whatever we agree in writing before anything is sent. If a meeting does not match, it is not billed.
What if the prospect does not show up?
You are not billed. We try to rebook once, the same day.
What does it cost?
For the founding pilot we agree a per-meeting price and a monthly cap with you before we start. There is nothing to pay up front.
Do I need to give you any passwords?
No. We need your booking link and the name of the person who takes the meetings.
How do I stop?
Tell us. There is no contract term to wait out.

Pull up a chair.
